For (you) the Individual
Flood & Excess Flood Insurance
Since homeowner's insurance policies do not cover flood-related damage or losses, Liberty Insurance offers separate Flood Insurance policies to bridge that gap through our participation with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Through this federally sponsored program, coverage can be offered to houses, condos and mobile homes in participating communities; and you'll have the convenience of working with Liberty directly.
If you find you need more coverage than the NFIP program allots, we can also work with you to obtain Excess Flood Insurance. Contact us today to discuss coverage options specific to your home.
Types of coverage available:
- Building: protects the structure of your home, including above-ground appliances, flooring, cabinets and other items that are considered to be part of the building
- Contents: protects the personal contents of your home, such as clothing, furniture and non-permanent appliances
